Control Room
REDCO offers highly skilled control room operators monitoring the surveillance system. These professional and highly trained personnel are capable of not only monitoring the surveillance system effectively, but can also perform basic maintenance and fault finding duties as well.

Patroling
Our highly trained Patrol Supervisors will come to your site at pre-designated times or on a random basis to ensure that your property is safe and secure.
Site Patrolling - To ensure that the security within the assignment is not compromised.
Visitors/ Contractors Screening – To screen all visitors and contractors. This is to make sure that only authorized people are allowed to enter the compound.
Reporting Situation Status – To report to Management of any strangers, and items found outside the premises, which are deemed to be suspicious.
Roving Patrolling Managers – The assigned Manager will conduct both routine and surprise audit checks on the said assignments. He/she will assess the security personnel turnout and bearings and whether their work performances conform to the assignment’s SOPs at the point of check.
